Bookable Room uses area to confirm the right package, not to create a running per-metre invoice.
Bookable Room uses fixed package pricing for standard rental spaces. Area confirms the right package. It does not create a running per-m² invoice. Spaces outside the package limits receive scope review before payment.
Room Ready includes one room up to 20 m2, with fair-use tolerance up to 22 m2.
Unit Ready includes up to three connected zones and 35 m2, with fair-use tolerance up to 38 m2.
Operator Set includes four similar rooms up to 20 m2 each.
Spaces outside these limits receive a written scope review before payment. No surprise area charges are added after work starts.
