This page explains the allowed use of the Bookable Room website, the boundaries of the service, and how website and Project Setup information is handled.

Restricted use
What you may not do
The site is for legitimate operators evaluating Bookable Room services. The following uses are not allowed without written permission.
- Use the site, content, outputs, templates, screenshots, copy, pricing, pack structure, or workflow for commercial use without written permission from Bookable Room.
- Monitor, copy, reproduce, benchmark, train on, or extract site content through manual review, browser tooling, scripts, bots, browser extensions, automated tools, or similar systems.
- Run spider, scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk-download, or data-mining activity against the site, public pages, analyzer, forms, generated outputs, or media assets.
- Collect, store, publish, or enrich information about other people, including names, phone numbers, listing details, WhatsApp contacts, email addresses, or other contact details.
- Submit false, unauthorized, confidential, or third-party information that you do not have the right to share for a legitimate property review.
- Interfere with site security, abuse the analysis flow, overload the service, bypass restrictions, reverse engineer non-public logic, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Website and service terms
Using Bookable Room
You may use this website to learn about Bookable Room, analyze a rental listing, request Project Setup review, and discuss a legitimate room refresh with Bookable Room. Package recommendations, budget ranges, and analyzer outputs are preliminary and remain subject to human scope review before payment or production work starts.
Service boundary
Bookable Room provides design intent, visual direction, material notes, budget guidance, and contractor discussion files based on information you provide. Bookable Room does not provide permit drawings, structural engineering, MEP engineering, local code certification, construction supervision, or guaranteed contractor pricing.
Your information and listing inputs
You are responsible for making sure every listing URL, photo, measurement, note, name, phone number, email address, or company detail you provide is accurate and shared with the right permission. Do not submit private information about another person unless you are authorized to do so for the project.
Payment and scope confirmation
No payment is due from the website flow alone. Bookable Room reviews Project Setup details, confirms scope and package fit, and then sends payment instructions manually if the project can move forward.
Changes and availability
Bookable Room may change the site, packages, pricing, examples, analyzer behavior, or these terms when needed. The site may be unavailable during maintenance or because of third-party hosting, browser, network, or platform issues.
Privacy Policy
How website information is handled
Information you provide
Bookable Room may receive listing URLs, platform details, room goals, budget ranges, package requests, contact preferences, names, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, company or role details, and notes you submit through the website.
Local browser storage
The Instant Upgrade Pack handoff can be stored in your browser under bookableRoom.listingUpgradePack so Project Setup can read the listing summary. Clearing browser storage can remove that local handoff copy.
Site interaction notifications
The site may send Bookable Room lightweight interaction summaries, such as listing URL submitted, Instant Upgrade Pack generated, contact details entered, or Project Setup completed. These summaries help Bookable Room review and follow up on legitimate requests.
How information is used
Bookable Room uses submitted information to review scope, recommend a package, respond to requests, prepare service discussions, improve the website flow, prevent abuse, and keep operational records. Bookable Room does not sell personal information.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers or communication tools that help run the website and respond to requests, or when required for legal, security, or business reasons. Bookable Room keeps information only as long as it is useful for review, support, operations, or required records.
Requests
You may ask Bookable Room to review, correct, or delete contact information you submitted. Some information may need to be retained when required for legitimate business, security, dispute, or legal reasons.
